Carbotreat offers solutions in both Carbon dioxide Capture Utilization (CCU) and Carbon dioxide Capture Storage (CCS) to make your process ready for a CO2 neutral economy. The first project in the waste incineration plant of TWENCE started operation in 2015, which consists of CO2 capture, C02 liquefaction, Sodium bicarbonate production. The first Ship based CO2 capture project has been in operation since August 2023, with the project of Everlong, together with 18 members, inclusive of TNO, Total Energies, VDL, Lloyd's Register, Bureau Veritas, etc. Projects such as Porthos (R'dam) and Longship (Norway) are in development and expected to be in operation by 2025.

With our Liquid-liquid, solid-liquid separation technology, which could separate the particle size from 5 micron meter over 70% removal rate. In this case we could help the clients to re-use materials, save energy in a lower costs and sustainable process.

Dorset green machines is a global operating machine manufacturer, we develop and produce solutions for proessing organic waste streams by using waste heat. We process the waste streams by drying with use of residual heat. Commonly used concepts are:

  • Drying poultry manure with use of farmhouse air.
  • Drying digestate with use of waste heat from CHP cooling water.
  • Drying sewage sludge with use of waste heat from energy production.
  • Drying woodchips with waste heat from energy production.

NX filtration is your membrane partner for treating water and filtering beverages. We produce advanced hollow fiber membrane modules for nanofiltration, ultrafiltration and microfiltration applications. NX filtration's inside-out hollow fiber membranes are based on unique recipes and innovative patented production methods. The base material for our membranes is PolyEtherSulfone (PES). This provides an ideal chemical and thermal stability for use in robust filtration processes. Compared to other membrane materials, PES enables the production of membranes with very small pore sizes and narrow pore size distrbution.
