During the Defence Services Asia Exhibition and Conference (DSA) 2024, Hull Vane and Hayat Lestari Holdings Sdn Bhd. signed a licensing agreement at the Netherlands Pavilion.
Hull Vane BV of course designs and builds innovative solutions for ships to improve their seakeeping, efficiency and sustainability. Hayat Lestari Holdings Sdn Bhd, meanwhile, are specialist in maintenance, repair, overhaul, upgrade and deconstruction of MODU, MOPU, FSO, FPSO and marine vessels.
This strategic partnership serves to more directly bring Hull Vane to the attention of the ferry, navy, coast guard, and oil & gas markets in Malaysia and the surrounding nations. That is not all, though. Crucially, this allows Hull Vane to produce their products locally and serve their Southeast Asian customers more efficiently and with reduced delivery times. A major benefit for the company!
